Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed! The rooms were fantastic, with a shower and jacuzzi that felt newer than the other family cabin. Despite being really cold even in summer at 9000 feet in the Sierra Madre, the nature surroundings and chimenea in the room created a cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch with really friendly staff, although a bit lacking in commitment to assist guests. The location was beautiful, offering a serene environment with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations, but it felt a bit too small for the price compared to staying at the hotel president in Polanco In el DF. The dining experience had just the right amount of variation for my taste. Overall, a great value for money.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really cold even in summer at 9000 feet in Sierra Madre, but on the bright side, the natural setting with a chiminea in the room added a cozy touch. However, the room was too small, and there was no space to set your luggage down.
The hotel is located at a stunning 9000 feet in Sierra Madre, offering fantastic rooms with showers and jacuzzis, but they can feel cold even in summer. The service was friendly, although a bit slow to resolve water problems. The location is beautiful but might be pricey for some. The dining experience has limited variation, and facilities could use improvement.
